A dynamic, intense rose color presides, with flavors of strawberry, raspberry and pomegranate. The palate has a crisp nature, and attains beautiful minerality. In essence it is pervasive, whilst also delicate, velvety and balanced.

Glera, N/V, Nino Franco ‘Rustico’ Prosecco Superiore, Veneto   12.00
This wonderful prosecco offers very fine, pleasant bubbles caressing the palate. It is crisp and exudes courageously elegant, fresh, lively fruit and flowers with notes of bread dough and citrus. It has a fresh and toasty nose with pear and citrus fruit notes, followed by a persistent effervescence.

Montepulciano, 2015, Valle Reale ‘Cerasuolo’ Rose, Abruzzo   9.50
Intense salmon-pink in color, generous aromas of sour cherry, strawberry jam and wild herbs preside. This wine is medium-bodied and fresh, with layers of bright fruit flavor, brisk acidity, and defining minerality that culminate in a long and balanced finish.

The bouquet has hints of citrus fruit, which evolve into an even more mature bouquet. It has a pleasantly dry and slightly tannic taste that soothes the palate.

In the mouth it is dry and fresh with notes of tropical fruit. It is shining and alive with complex flavors. It exudes freshness and vibrancy, and finishes with crisp acidity.

Straw yellow in color, with a golden shimmer, this Garganega has intense aromas of flowers and tropical fruit, most notably pineapple and mango. It boasts great structure, is round on the mouth-feel, retains beautiful acidity and is exhibits exceptional balance.

A deep straw-yellow color is apparent, with characteristics of tropical fruit, peach, pleasant hints of spice and well-integrated vanilla. The palate is full and slightly creamy, with an elegant and balanced structure ensuring great acidity and fresh flavor.

Arneis, 2015, Bruno Giacosa Arneis, Piemonte   15.00
This arneis has a dark, straw yellow color. It has an intense, elegant, aromatic, fruity bouquet reminiscent of peach, apricot, citrus and acacia flowers. It possesses fresh and fragrant flavors with soft abundance. With a beautiful herbaceous backbone, this wine can pair perfectly with starters and main courses.

 

Rosso

Barbera, 2014, Vietti ‘Tre Vigne‘, Piemonte   11.00

A ruby purple color prevails, with ripe red fruit aromas, balancing hints of mineral and vanilla. This is a dry medium bodied red wine with refreshing acidity, and soft tannins. This barbera is well balanced with a good integration of oak, good complexity and a finish of beautiful red cherries, followed by aromas of tobacco, dried spices and currants.

Sangiovese/Cab Sauv/Mer, 2013, La Maialina ‘Gertrude’, Toscana   9.50
This is a plush wine loaded with ripe fruit and sweet spices. It also possesses characteristics of bright red berries, cinnamon, anise and cherries. It is flavorful and robust, with forward fruit notes balanced by spicy hints of earth. The taste is ample yet soft on the palate.

A medium bodied wine with a deep ruby red color; it is elegant with soft aromas of red berries and spice. It possesses great structure with soft tannins, is intense and persistent and finishes with balanced acidity.

Montepulciano, 2011, La Valentina ‘Spelt’, Abruzzo   12.50
This wine opens with hints of mediterranean spices, though a pleasant, earthy, mineral tone can also be noted. It bestows a rush of sensations without losing quality and suggestions of blackcurrant and mulberry wait to combine with traces of coffee and cocoa.

Smooth and velvety, yet approachable and versatile; this wine combines simplicity with style, strength and majesty. It exudes dark berries, dried cherries, plum with vanilla, cinnamon and spice notes.

Cab Sauv/Sang/Cab Franc, 2011, Tolaini Valdisanti, Toscana   15.00
On the palate, Valdisanti is full-bodied with deep but reserved fruit flavors framed by rich oak. The excellent balance of fruit intensity with fine tannins indicates a cellar worthy wine.
